Real Moms, Real Surgeries, Real Relief
-Jennifer
I felt so guilty for not liking my stomach. It was such a relief to learn that we can still love our body without liking everything about how it looks- whether we change it or not.
-Kristin
The Facebook groups made my anxiety worse. I joined one and pulled out a week later. I didn’t know coaching like this existed but I’m so glad I found it before my surgery. I can’t imagine having my surgery without it.
-Alyssa
I didn’t realize how heavy my thoughts about surgery were until Katie mentioned asking friends for help with meals after. I didn’t feel like I was allowed to do that.
From late‑night panic Googling… to actually enjoying my surgery season
A few years ago, I started my own cosmetic surgery journey.
I was done having babies. I had lost 120 pounds. And I was ready to book my dream mommy makeover! But making the decision was only the beginning…
I had constant tabs open to “mommy makeover before & afters” that I’d slam shut when someone walked by.
I’d scroll Facebook groups until midnight in “research mode”. But one post would make me thrilled. The next would have me freaking out about being botched.
I remember staring at the ceiling with my mind racing,
“What are the mom’s at school drop off going to think? Will they notice? What if I gain the weight back? What will my kids think if I die getting cosmetic surgery?”
My mind was all over the place!Â
And the thing is- I didn’t want to cancel. I genuinely wanted the surgery.Â
But I also didn’t want to white‑knuckle my way through one of the biggest decisions of my life, pretending I was fine while my brain screamed at me.
So I built what I couldn’t find- A system for:
– Processing other people’s opinions.
– Preparing my kids without oversharing.
– Calming myself at 2 a.m. when “what if I regret this?” got loud.– Handling the recovery blues without being a jerk to myself
I wanted to feel proud of my decision.
I wanted to be able to talk about it confidently, with ease (to the people I chose to).
And I wanted to actually ENJOY the process!
In this class, I’m handing you that plan so you don’t have to figure it out alone.
What you’ll walk away with from this free class
Â
- The 5 invisible mistakes that quietly create anxiety, regret, and relationship drama around elective surgery
- A simple 3‑pillar Regret‑Proof Surgery Prep framework to feel grounded in your decision, your body, and your relationships
- Three tiny exercises you can do tonight to feel more settled
- And, if you want more support, a peek at the 6‑week group program where we walk all of this together
If you’re anything like the women I work with…
Â
You’ve probably:
- Googled every complication and ended up on page 7 of horror stories more than once
- Worried endlessly about what people will think
- Joined surgery Facebook groups “for support” and left more anxious and confused
- Imagined conversations that haven’t even happened yet, feeling like you need to defend your decision
- Wondered if wanting this makes you selfish, vain, or a “bad mom”
- Tried to talk to your partner and then minimized everything so you wouldn’t sound dramatic
- Told yourself, “I should just be excited,” while secretly thinking, “What if I wake up and hate the results?”
I get it. I’ve done it too.Â
This class is like a long voice message from a friend who’s been there. No shaming you for wanting surgery. No sugarcoating how big this is. Just honest tools to walk through it with way more peace.
Ready to feel calmer about this whole thing?
Drop your details below and I’ll send you the class. Watch it tonight in bed with your headphones in, or on your lunch break.
Â
I’m running this as a founding‑member season for my full program, so this free class (and the founding‑member pricing I explain at the end) won’t be up forever.
Â
Â
The unpopular truth: your surgeon can’t fix what’s going on in your head.
Â
You can have a top surgeon, a textbook result… and still feel anxious, guilty, or regretful if you don’t prepare your mind and your relationships.
Â
Most women are told, “Just find a good surgeon and you’ll be fine.”
Â
 That’s necessary. It’s not sufficient.
Â
Your surgeon is responsible for your body.
I’m here for everything else your brain is trying to carry.

What this class is (and what it isn't)
What it is:
âś… For women who are seriously considering, or have already booked, cosmetic surgery
✅ A real look at the part of surgery nobody preps you for — the mental, emotional, and relational side
✅ For women who want to feel calm and clear going in — not just "hopeful it'll be fine"
âś… For women who want their partner, kids, and household actually prepared, not winging it
âś… A preview of the 3-pillar framework I use to walk women through this exact season
What it is not:
❌ Medical advice, or a replacement for your surgeon and medical team
❌ Generic confidence coaching that has nothing to do with your actual surgery
❌ A promise you won't feel nervous, or a guarantee of a specific outcome
❌ Therapy, or a replacement for licensed mental health support if you need it
❌ A sales pitch dressed up as a class — you'll leave with real tools whether you join the program or not
One Class. No Filler.Â
Â
30 minutes. The most important prep you'll do all year is getting your mind ready before your surgeon does.
Don’t go through this season alone if you don’t have to.
You’re already spending hours thinking about surgery.
Spend 30 minutes with someone who’s been there, built a map, and is firmly on your side — whatever you decide.
If you’re a mom considering or booked for surgery and you want this to feel calmer, clearer, and more supported, come join me.
