5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

When You first visit the Site, You will see a cookie consent banner that lets You accept, reject, or customize non-essential cookies. Declining non-essential cookies will not block Your access to core Site content.

We use the following categories of cookies:

  • Essential Cookies — required for the Site to function; cannot be disabled.
  • Performance/Analytics Cookies — help us understand how visitors use the Site.
  • Functional Cookies — remember Your preferences.
  • Marketing/Advertising Cookies — used to deliver interest-based ads and may be set by third-party advertising partners.

You can adjust or withdraw Your cookie consent at any time through the cookie preferences link in the Site footer, or through Your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may limit Site functionality.

Where legally required and technically supported, We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of Your Personal Data.

We also use log files and web beacons/pixel tags to record visitor information (IP address, browser type, referring pages, click data) for site administration and analytics.

6. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell Your Personal Data to third parties for monetary payment. We do share information in the following situations:

  • Service Providers — with third parties who perform services on Our behalf, such as payment processing, email delivery, hosting, analytics, and customer support.
  • Legal Requirements — to comply with law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Self Confidence Club, Our users, or others.
  • Business Protection — to investigate or remedy violations of Our policies, or in connection with obtaining insurance, legal, or financial advice.
  • Affiliates/Promotional Partners — with individuals who promote our products or services for a commission, who are contractually required to comply with applicable disclosure and anti-spam laws.
  • Advertising Partners — with third-party advertising and analytics companies who may use cookies to serve interest-based ads.
  • Business Transfer — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of Our business, Your information may be transferred as a business asset. We will notify You of any such change in ownership or control.
  • With Your Consent or at Your Direction — for example, if You participate in a group program, community, or course, other participants may see certain information You share (name, profile image, posts).

We do not control and are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party sites linked from the Site.

7. Third-Party Service Providers

We work with reputable third-party service providers to operate the Site and Our business, including providers of email marketing and automation, payment processing, website hosting, analytics, advertising and retargeting, customer relationship management, and course or community hosting. Each provider is contractually restricted to using Your data only for the purpose for which it was disclosed.

8. International Data Transfers

Self Confidence Club is based in the United States, and the Site's servers are located in the United States. If You access the Site from outside the United States, You understand and consent that Your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, which may have data protection laws different from those of Your country.

Where required by applicable law, We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism for transfers of Personal Data originating in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland.

9. Data Retention

We retain Personal Data for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, maintain Your account, comply with Our legal and contractual obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce Our agreements. As general guidance: financial and tax-related records are retained as required by applicable law; marketing and email data is retained until You unsubscribe or request deletion; and account data is retained for the life of Your account and a reasonable period afterward. Data no longer needed for these purposes is deleted or anonymized.

10. Your Privacy Choices

  • Update or Correct Your Information — contact coaches@beliefspark.com.
  • Opt Out of Marketing Emails — unsubscribe via the link in any marketing email, or email coaches@beliefspark.com with "Unsubscribe" in the subject line. This does not affect transactional emails (receipts, account notices) tied to an active purchase or account.
  • Cookie Preferences — adjust at any time via the cookie preferences link in the Site footer or Your browser settings.
  • Delete Your Data — request deletion by contacting coaches@beliefspark.com, subject to exceptions where retention is required by law, necessary to complete a transaction, or necessary to defend legal claims.
  • Access/Portability — request a copy of the Personal Data We hold about You. Your first two requests within a 12-month period are free of charge; additional requests may incur a reasonable fee.

We will respond to verifiable requests within the time required by applicable law and may need to verify Your identity before acting on a request.

11. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If You are a California resident, You have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA):

  • Right to Know what categories of Personal Data We have collected, used, disclosed, and (if applicable) sold or shared about You in the preceding 12 months.
  • Right to Delete Your Personal Data, subject to statutory exceptions.
  • Right to Correct inaccurate Personal Data.
  • Right to Opt Out of Sale/Sharing. You may opt out of the sale or sharing of Your Personal Data — including through interest-based advertising cookies — at any time through the cookie preferences link in the Site footer, or by enabling Your browser's Global Privacy Control signal.
  • Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information, where applicable.
  • Right to Non-Discrimination — We will not deny goods or services, charge different prices, or provide a different level of service because You exercised a CCPA right.

To exercise any of these rights, contact coaches@beliefspark.com. We do not sell Personal Data for monetary consideration.

12. European / UK / Swiss Privacy Rights (GDPR)

If You are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, You have the right to:

  • access, correct, or delete Your Personal Data;
  • restrict or object to processing;
  • request data portability;
  • withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal; and
  • lodge a complaint with Your local data protection supervisory authority.

To exercise these rights, contact coaches@beliefspark.com. Depending on the nature of Your request, We may need to verify Your identity.

We process Your Personal Data based on one or more of the following legal bases: Your consent, performance of a contract with You, compliance with a legal obligation, or Our legitimate business interests (such as operating and improving the Site and communicating with customers), balanced against Your rights.

13. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to, and is not intended for use by, individuals under the age of 13, and We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under 13. If We become aware that We have collected Personal Data from a child under 13, We will delete it promptly. Parents or guardians who believe We may have collected such information should contact coaches@beliefspark.com.

14. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect Your Personal Data. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and We cannot guarantee absolute security.

In the event of a data breach affecting Your Personal Data, We will notify affected individuals and any required regulatory authority without undue delay and in accordance with applicable law.

15. Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. Because there is no industry-standard interpretation of DNT signals, the Site does not currently respond to DNT signals as distinct from Global Privacy Control (see Section 5).
